Cartigliano is an Italian municipality located in the province of Vicenza, in the Veneto region, with a population of 3,732.

It is a city renowned for its historical roots and boasts the presence of the Villa Morosini-Cappello, currently used as the municipal headquarters. This villa was built after 1581 by the Morosini family, one of the oldest and most prestigious in the Serenissima Republic of Venice.
